When I hover the mouse over the menu section, the megamenu appears below, but when going to access the submenu and go down with the mouse, the submenu disappears before I can click on any item

Hi,
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, please provide a link to your website where I can check this problem.

Hi,
Yes, it was an incompatibility with the adning advertising plugin. We have fixed it by hiding the advertising area that stays under the megamenu using javascript code.
