Megamenu is only showing 30 of about 60 categories, like there is a limit anywhere – why ?

The limit is set by default to 30 subcategories in the mega menu. There is no setting to increase this but you can change the number here http://screencast.com/t/dO2h0s4J and add the one you want.

The limit was added because of the preloading option. I you have preloading on, all of the posts within the mega menu will be loaded so if you have lots and lots of categories, then the preloading will take quite some time. We made sure the preloading will not affect the loading speed drastically.

Hello, is there a way to overwrite this in the child theme? Or do I have to modify the parent theme to get this to work? I tried it and it didn’t work.
