Hi,

I see the problem, seems to happen only on Safari for some reason. So you just placed the header menu element, did you make any CSS modifications to it or the modules? – http://prntscr.com/mo4bho like width, spacing, padding? Let me know.

Thanks

Just added the header menu, no css modifications. Same result if I add the header menu in a different header-template.

Happens for me as well in my tests, I have added the issue on our list and it is investigated as we speak. It will be fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Is this fix not included in the 9.6 update? I have the same issue after updating.

Hi,

@andresnor
I believe this issue was fixed, despite not being in the changelog. I tested again with Safari, seems to be fixed. Provide a link to your website where the issue is happening so I can check with Safari. Let me know.

Thanks

Same problem here. I don’t think this was fixed in 9.6.1.

Hello,

Please update to version 9.7.1 and test without any third party plugins. I have just tested this on our installs and there is no issue with the mega menu on safari.

Thank you!

I’m having the same problem and I’m the latest version as of tonight – 9.7.2 but still have the problem. I’m not using any plugins for page delivery – what else should I try? Thanks

Yes, please do. It doesn’t look good. Until the theme is updated I added this CSS to fix the style problem temporary.

.td_block_inner {
flex-wrap: nowrap!important;
}
