I have been trying to add subcategories to the megamenu, I’ve tried to follow steps on your website and I browsed through the forum as well. I’ve tried clearing history and deactivating plugins, nothing works.It is in the root and it’s not in the submenu, I’m trying to add the parent category as well.
Please advise what to do!

The mega-menu is an complex feature on our theme that displays a category and subcategory, as you can see in our demo, like this: http://screencast.com/t/myjyjwRdDHj . If you want to add “Cars” as child of “Lifestyle” you should make the “Cars” as subcategory, like this example: http://screencast.com/t/F9tZs1a0j .

Thank you so much for your reply and helpful pictures. I did exactly as described(created a subcategory). For some reason, the menu is not updating.
For the record, I’ve built my website off of a demo and right now if I go to the menu panel I see Lifestyle (parent category which has a new sub Card) has “custom link” and not a category on the mega menu. Could that be a reason why?
I’ve just fixed the issue. Thank you for your help!
