I want to integrate membership access with recurring subscription plans. Please suggest if there any option available in the theme or should I use plugin. If I need to use plugin then is there any membership plugin available compatible with Newspaper X theme?

Unfortunately for the moment we do not have any tested membership plugins with our theme. As I know most of them are working with our theme if you are not using cloud templates.
We have on our list a ticket open for this (to find a membership plugins), unfortunately I can not say when this will be add as supported in our theme.
