on our website the search icon on desktop and the search icon and menu button on mobile doesnt work.

Hi,
Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.
