when i scrooll my page down the menu appear in the top of page my site http://www.beybuzz.com/

Hello,
This function is called a sticky menu. You can have it to be always sticky, or to appear only on scroll up or deactivated. Here is where this behavior is controlled: http://screencast.com/t/jk3x3PWxFoDD
