Menu background color and opacity with using header template

Hello,
I’m using the tagdiv composer to edit my header template.
I’d like to change the background color and opacity of the header zone, and the sticky header zone.

I think i’m doing this propoerly however it doesn’t work.
Could you please help me ?

Hi,

Please make sure that you click on zone, and in order to use opacity you need to have set and background image -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Ir9R20CKZWG

Actually i’d like the menu bar to appear uppon the revolution slider located just under
