How to make that every category to show a different color, when the mouse is hovered over that category on the menu, also I want that active link on menu is on that same color:

Unfortunately this is no easy task as the menu css is very complicated and it will require quite a bit of time and effort to get in the particular colors for the hover and active state.
You will have to get some hired help on this one.(We try to help out where we can but this customization will require more time and finesse and time does not allow us to tackle such tasks) You can hire a freelancer from sites like stuio.envato.com if you truly require this customization.

As my colleague @Bogdan said you above, there is not a simple task. It is not impossible to achieve this but take more time until obtaining a result and this is custom work. If you are not aware the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to implement this in our theme because we cannot provide custom services at the moment because we are very busy.
