As above, desktop header menu does not remain sticky when scrolling the home page or any article. I watched the guides and the Main menu sticky is set to “on”.
What could be the issue?

Please provide us a screenshot of your header settings: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo Also note that even the sticky header is on you have to make sure that the sticy version has content in it.
