I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause this errors. You should remove all of them, leave just required plugins to active and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, you should try making a new clean install from scratch, via FTP way and check the results.

It looks like it’s incompatible with thrive leads which is a massive company, not some untested plugin.

I guess that you want to use the Thrive leads, Ultimate List Building Plugin, right? Please notice that our theme has not been tested with this type of plugin and we cannot say for sure if it will work or not with the theme, sorry! Also, notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins, sorry!
