The main menu on my site keeps disappearing.
If I scroll down and back up, it reappears on screen redraw. If I refresh the page or go to another page, it disappears again.
I saw another thread that mentioned this problem, and the support person said that Newspaper is incompatible with Thrive Leads. That would be a BIG problem, as Thrive is not exactly a fly-by-night shop, and their lead tool is my primary lead generation tool.
Thoughts?

Sorry, but please notice that plugin is not tested with the theme and we cannot say for sure if the theme will work on normal or not, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

I have to say, I’m disappointed in both the content and the tone of your reply. I understand that you cannot do troubleshooting on every plugin that comes along; but as I noted earlier, Thrive Leads is a major company in the WordPress world. To simply throw them under the bus as if they are some kid in his mother’s basement strikes me as a fairly cavalier attitude.
Since this has now come up more than once in the forum, I also thought that you might want to explore further why it is happening, and perhaps give the many of us who use Thrive some indication as to where to look.
I am still quite happy with the theme, as I posted elsewhere. Less happy, at this point, with the support.
I will now go to the Thrive support site, and hope that they have some ideas.

Sorry for this inconvenience but please notice that plugin, being an untested one, we cannot offer any support because please understand that could cause a lot of issues through the theme. I know that exists a lot of useful plugins besides on our list of tested plugins which are not tested with our product, sorry! Notice that’s not easy to release a plugin to be tested with the theme because to do this, practically, we should adjust the entire theme and functionalities of it to be adjusted to work as expected with the plugin and most of the time this can be assumed to do more custom work, sorry! You can provide your website URL so I can inspect your menu but we cannot say for sure if we can provide a solution in this case, sorry!
