The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Because this plugin has not been tested with our theme, there may be a plugin conflict.
Also, if the problem persists using only the tagDiv plugins, please make a full backup and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin, cPanel URL and credentials, also a link to this topic in order to identify you.
