I am happy with how my page looks in the editing page, but when I save and view it, the menu font defaults to a small serif font (see screenshot attached).
I have tried setting every font option I can find in both the theme dashboard and the element options, but nothing seems to stop the serif font from appearing – can anyone tell me what I am missing?!

Do you use a cache plugin? If yes, please clear the cache. Also, if you use CDN purge the cache from there.

I have removed the caching plugins entirely, and deleted my own browser cache. But the serif font remains!
