Hello,
In the header Main Menu the text displays with shadow and not clear.
please check the following screenshot for our menu.

Hi,
Unfortunately I can not tell from a screenshot what properties the menu items have, so a link to your website to your website would be helpful, so we can inspect it for a more accurate response. You could also use your browser inspector and identify the elements used, their classes and their properties – https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/browser+inspector/ and modify them however you like with custom css.
