Menu : how to get the 2 lines above and below the menu as in the Lifestyle theme

Hello,

I would like to have 2 lines above and below my menu as in the lifestyle theme.
Could you please explain me how to do it ? Is it css coded ?

Hi,

Indeed, it is done with some CSS. Most demos contain custom design. I can give you the code that was used, it will work with header style 1 like the demo uses. If you use a different header style let me know.
