On the frontend I can’t see the icons for the menus. However, when editing most pages they reappear. What did I do?

Clear all your cache (even from your browser) and try again.
Deactivate plugin by plugin (non tagdiv ones) and see which one causes the issue.

If you did not modify them and it’s appearing in the TagDiv Composer, there it could be a plugin conflict or a custom CSS that you applied.
Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

I dont utilize custom CSS. This has happened since the installation with nothing else installed so its not a plugin. However, Im using a site offline plugin so I am not disabling that since the site isn’t live yet.
