All your demos have images on your menu items – mine don’t. Am I supposed to do something (like use mega menu) to get images to show?

As for a page example, you can load any page inside the menu no matter the content. Here is an example of a big grid inside a menu: http://screencast.com/t/T4V3Hst8ASA. Anything you can place on a page, can be added to a menu item.

I added Mega Menu:
1) It’s only showing 5 posts in the drop down. how do I control the number of drop down items?
2) I manually control my menus – the posts mega menu is showing is not the ones I want. Can I manually control them?

Please notice that the mega menu display you only the subcategories for your categories in alphabetical order.
This is the default order and the theme doesn’t have such an option to change it. You can do this through the code or try to use a plugin like Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order as I saw that many users use it, please check this topic as reference – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-can-i-hide-all-from-megamenu-list/#post-71876 Also, please notice that you cannot select what categories appears on mega menu because this behaviour is set it by default to displays you all the subcategories for this category. If you want to change the structure of mega menu, you have to change it with hard coding and please notice that is not a simple task. If you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

So is there any way to get my menu to look as good as your demo (I thought this was part of the theme, I didn’t realize it was a plugin) but control which posts are in the menu? I can’t use categories for the most part. But even where I can use categories, why do only 5 posts show up when it should be 20?

Please notice that the mega menu feature has been designed to use only the categories and subcategories. This menu will display only the 5 posts from these categories because this is the default limit which comes with our theme. So, you can change this limit only from code but please notice that the theme design will not look so good. As a hint, for those that do have sub-cats you need to edit another file http://screencast.com/t/lfOizl1Ufr and here -> http://screencast.com/t/wegrv56kVC Please notice that the layout of the theme might be needed to do some adjustments in order to bring best results for all devices.
