Menu not rendering on home page

OS: Windows / Mac
Browswer: Chrome

The menu is not rendering on these browsers and is not accessible to users. please help with this error.

I checked with the Chrome browser, the menu looks like this for me

yes. scroll down, then scroll back up and watch what happens.

I cannot recreate this issue, I scrolled down the page and then back up for a while

The header menu will be sticky as you scroll back up, then revert to it’s default position once the top of the page is reached. I don’t see the issue you mention unfortunately. Try testing on a different computer and see if the same issue is present.
