I think I’ve done everything right with my Newspaper 9 theme. The site I’ve created is looking pretty good, so far. No matter what I do though the menus don’t function as I would like on my mobile device. I want the full site to be available on phones, just like on PC or Tablet. The menu however doesn’t include all the drop down pages. When I change the set up to Mobile site it all runs fine. I have pictures.

Same problem i am having and the same code tried. But it is not working.
Fixed it. Keep the custom CSS code, delete Cache with a Cache plugin, deactivate plugin.
