1. It is not selected as Sticky (See screenshot) https://imgur.com/undefined

3. When I scroll down, menu changes to show Newspaper (when it is not selected) https://imgur.com/mU47vvl
It is not on the setting.. any clue why? Thanks!

You will have to edit the sticky mobile header by going in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/ZzHrwIT5 That option is to activate the menu in composer. not to enable it in theme.

I have same problem. Both sticky options are disabled, yet on Mobile the menu sticks!
Additionally, I have the burger menu and search which are displayed, when scrolling down, yet none of the icons work, so when pressed nothing happens.

Please note that enabling the sticky options in tagDiv Composer only enables them for editing !
If you want to hide the sticky mode you will need to edit it using the tagDiv Composer and remove all the content from it: https://www.screencast.com/t/qkbABICgmQr Right click on the elements and delete.
