Dopo che ho disattivato il plugin tagDiv Mobile Theme, non riesco a vedere su cellulare il menu con le categorie News, investimenti, tech, ma si vedono le pagine statiche, quindi Home, iscriviti, contatti: https://imgur.com/a/s1DgZ1P

You need to adjust your website’s elements on the mobile viewport or the mobile page:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

I think the problem is caused by how you set the layout or maybe you set a width for each column. I see the element is hidden when you add it, right? Please try to change the layout or the align for columns.

Il problema è che non riesco a sostare il titolo e a far rientrare tutte le categorie nel menu su Desktop, siccome ho tante categorie viene un menu troppo lungo su Desktop.
