How do i disable the built in “menu style/header style or menu Container width” in theme. I want to use different plugin to show menu on my site, but have tried 3 different menu plugins now, and it is impossible to get them to center and show full width. I have the right setting to strech menu i theme settings. But that does not help.

I am not sure what you are looking to achieve, How does your plugin gets integrated in the theme ? If it offers an shortcode you can use the column text element which provides customization options.
Also please provide a link to your website in order to take a look.
