Yes it is possible if you use font awesome 4 menus plugin and add icons to yur menu.

Please tell me, and you could be in the next update of the theme to make such feature without using third-party plugins? And to make a choice the location of the icons (left-right-top-bottom) and the ability to specify the size of icons.

You can do all this from the plugin as well . The size of the icons is the header menu font size as they are font icons. The position can be changed if you use the html implementation, not the css implementation. You can simply add the html code before or after the menu item title.
This request will need to become more popular if we are to consider implementing it into our theme but for the moment this is the only such request. Please understand we have lots of requests and have to prioritize based on popularity.
