Also, for menu, I think you have a plugin conflict.
Also, I saw that you have set subpages for the category, please check the stucture, let only the category, without subitems.

A few things, we are transferring this site over the pages that were built with elementor. So you are telling me that I can’t use this theme then, since the site was originally built with Elementor? And I’m not sure what this has to do with building a mega menu. I wasn’t looking to edit the page, I’m looking to make a mega menu.
I find that very odd, and perhaps when I bought them the theme it there should have been a disclosure saying “only buy this theme if TagDiv was used previously” Can you please confirm this is what you mean?
How would I know if I have a plugin conflict with the menu? I don’t even know if it was built right?

Hello,
I’m only referring to the pages, that is, you can use the theme, even if it was not built with tagDiv Composer, but you have to transfer from Elementor to tagDiv Composer. Elementor is not a test plugin and may interfere with theme settings.
Regarding the menu, yes, a category can have subcategories, but these must be set in posts -> categories, subcategories are not set on the menu, that is, you only have to add the parent category to the menu, for the mega menu.
