The words that is on the menu is upper case, i wantto make them lower case, i tried from the apperance>menus> menu structure but it is still the same.
my another question is that i want to change the font of my menu. how can i do ?

Theme panel -> custom typography -> menu font. Uppercase is under “text transform”.
