We purchase a license and activated in the domain eñe.news but we had some problems with de Ñ character in the domain so we change the domain to elacento.news but we need to activate de newspaper theme in the new domain. It’s that possible?

You can use a license key for one single product, but if you want to move the theme to another website or change domain ((you case)/migrate you’ll need to reset the license key from that website: https://www.screencast.com/t/Zt12bpyX and remove the theme (delete), in this way the license will be available for the new website and you can use the theme without any problems.
According to Envato license terms, a theme can be used for a single end product (website):
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
