Hi, I own a hosting where there is my current WordPress website, and I cannot permit me to set it under maintenance for a long time, so I thought to install Newspaper theme on my WordPress local server to set it and then migrate all contents on my main hosting server. Can I set up my theme on my local server and then migrate it or there are some issues?

You can reinstall your theme on your new website but please make sure to reset the key from theme panel as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/4LwnQYKB2
