Migrating from existing theme to Newspaper

Hello,

I have an online magazine using a different wordpress theme. The existing magazine has tons of content. I have purchased your Newspaper theme and now want to migrate from my existing theme to Newspaper. Is there a handy guide that describes the steps to do so without breaking anything?
