Good morning. We have planned to migrate the site to another domain. Shall we use the existing licence of the theme with our migrated domain. In any circumstances, the licence shall not be used in more than one site.

Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.

The site will remain same. We are just going to change domain name. We will deactivate the licence in old site. Old domain will be shut down after migration.
