minor issues after theme update

Hi, I am noticing little errors after the recent theme update.
1. container function not working properly
https://prnt.sc/mi13h8

2. This is not really an error, but a setting returning to default
I have removed the website field under comment section through editor
But it reappeared after the theme update.
https://prnt.sc/mi1413

So what else do I need to check if the theme update caused other settings to return to default?

Hi,

1)Make sure if you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
2)Please notice that all of your custom modification through the code will be lost to the next update, sorry! The file where you have made this change was overwritten by the latest version of the theme and that’s why it reappears. You can try using the Child Theme.

Thanks.

you still haven’t clarified answer to question 1.
pretty sure this has nothing to do with anything that you have mentioned.

Hi,

That block doesn’t function correctly it seems. Does it happen with all blocks?, try in a new page to test a different block.
If the same happens, the first thing to investigate would be plugins. As a quick test deactivate all the plugins in bulk except theme plugins. Then test again. if you already tried this, we could take a look as well. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login and we will check it. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thanks

Don’t think it’s a plugin issue. It worked fine before theme update.
Also, block functions correctly when I am logged in.
I will send an email with admin login
Plus, I REALLY need all the plugins I have right now. Tried very hard to minimize the amount of plugins
