Missing block After Update

I have updated to the newest version of newspaper, made sure all of the plugins are up to date, cleared my cache and still see this where one of my blocks should be:

I am using the News Magazine set-up and have not made any changes to the types of blocks or their tech specs

Hi,

That is a cloud library shortcode, the loop I believe. Please check if the cloud library plugin is active

If it’s not, activate it and the shortcodes will be be rendered.
