Hi
Tagdiv edit button is missing when I navigate to an inner page.
On the Home page, it is fine and visible.
Home page: https://prnt.sc/y0glzw
Inner page: https://prnt.sc/y0g4j2
Thank you
Hi
I am not from support, and am using the theme like you. I think it’s because the inner page (podcasts) is not an actual page but a category layout. Tagdiv composer will work on pages like homepage, contact etc., found under pages section in WordPress. You can change the layout of category pages by choosing different templates from theme panel though. I think but am not sure, that it’s possible to customise a category template from cloud library. I hope it helps
Sabyp, Thanks.
Let us please wait for the reply from the Support.
Hello @greenbooks!
TagDiv Composer is not working on that page because you use a default template. So, if you will use a cloud/PRO template, then you will see also the button right there.
Please read more about TagDiv Composer plugin functionality descripted in our guide:

Thank you for your understanding!
Bettina
Actually, it works on our test site. The production site is just a copy of the test site.
No, we used only the Theme.
Production: https://prnt.sc/y59rmi
Test/development: https://prnt.sc/y59n16
Please advise
Thank you
Hello!
I have explained you above the exactly issue which you have.
In production website you use Category template 1 which is a default template, so that’s why you can’t edit with TagDiv Composer.
In test website you use a PRO template, so that’s why you have that button there because you can edit it with TagDiv Composer.
I hope it’s more understandable now.
Thank you!
Bettina
Ok..
But, the production website is just save restore of this development site.
hence, the confusion.
Thank you
Bettina
Thank you…
I see the issue!
But, wondering how the settings are not saved and restored when we moved the site to the production server?
It was a full backup- restore – WP folders and Database…
Thanks again for your clear direction to resolve the issue.
Hello!
In the future, try to use the staging plugin and you shouldn’t have any problems when you import the settings to your live site.
