Missing Embedded Form Code – Code Insertion Box

I’m trying to add the embedded form code by the mail provider but there appears to be no insertion box to add the code.

Hi,

The embed form seems to be missing for you, try to force refresh the page (should be Ctrl+Shift+R) or try in a different browser. Let us know the results.

Yes, i have tried on another browser its seems to appear now. It must of been an update i hadn’t installed on chrome.
