Missing Subscribe box on home page

For some reason, the default subscribe box on the home page has disappeared. Im not sure how to get it back on. Please can you provide assistance on how to get it back? Thank you.

Thank you for the screenshot and your help.
Does this mean I can’t have 2 subscribe boxes on the Homepage?

I’ll rather have the default one that comes with the theme in the same position. Can you please help with this?

You can have 2 subscribe boxes on the Homepage, but depends on how you set them.
Please let me know how you set the subscribe box, in order to help you to add 2.
