Thank you for updating post sharing with whatsapp for mobile devices. The green box shows up and works fine, but the whatsapp icon is missing, please help. I’m on 6.6.5.

Please notice that the Whatsup icons are showed only for mobile devices. I suppose that you want to display it for other devices, you have to use a bit of CSS.

I understand that the Whatsapp icon will only show when viewing on mobile devices, and it is appearing on my website, however, the drawing of the whatsapp icon seems to be missing, please see screenshot below:

I have checked your Whatssup icon and I saw that this not working…it is so strange. Please ensure that all the files are updated correctly…I suggest doing an update again or also you can replace only the icons folder -> http://screencast.com/t/6pmwFBb7 from our pack and see if your problem is still there. Also, I saw that you have an error in your console -> http://screencast.com/t/jsljaNMnoIh…please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
