Happy New Year!
We have some really annoying problems related to changes on pages (header, footer and mixed logo and content).
We have a multisite with 13 different configurations, and suddenly we have found that some sites have been using differents logo and content.
We just don’t get how can that happen? Your help here would be very much appreciated.
This is random we can’t identify what triggers this.

You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
I would start with the translation plugin because if you look carefully only the pages with not so normal text get distorted. Like Greek for example.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

In fact, we don’t use translation plugin each site are separate and separated DB that’s why I’m asking how one theme config could be affecting another one?

Normally no, this should not affect your websites. Unfortunately Newspaper Theme has not been tested on a Multisite. We need to take a look and see what can be done there to see if a fix can be done.
