I’d like to use Block 15 with 6 items in it: 4 photos from my Media library with headlines and links to an external site (curated content), and 2 photos with headlines linking to original posts on my site. Is it possible to specify this in Block 15, in a way that I can have it automatically populate the block with these different types of content? And if so, how should I create the direct links with photos in WordPress so that they feed into Block 15? Would I need to make them posts? (I’d like to avoid having a post that is simply a photo, headline and link to an external site.)

You have to use a condition similar to the one i presented in the image, and it will require custom classes and css for each case. If you don’t know how to doit i suggest that you look for a professional developer to help you with this task.
