If you want us to help, please provide more details to what smartlist you use as the image you provided is from a mobile version of your site. Also specify if you use the mobile theme plugin or not, as the code is different.

Please notice that any smart list you have on your side, the mobile theme will display you only the smart list 1 (the mobile theme transform your smart list to be smart list 1 -> this is the behaviour of this mobile theme). Also, if you want to display the ads for your smart list on mobile theme, you will have to add your ad in this field, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/T6uNhz88n Also, please notice that the ad position is a default one, below the image, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/daOG2C5o9 If you want to change the structure of this, you will have to alter the code from the core file in order to achieve your desired position for your ads in mobile theme. As a hint, you will have to alter the code from this file, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/fXNbduN0s Please notice that this is not a simple task and require to have solid knowledge in PHP/HTML/CSS in order to achieve best results. If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
