Mobile Burger – Element not showing

Hello,
I am trying to make changes in Burger menu, Mobile view. Unfortunately I can not access to Element button (see photo). Please give me instructions.

Hi,

The hamburger menu can be edited with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/WJpk7IW.png all you need to do is to click on it not on row.
