Is it possible to create a child theme for the mobile version of the site? Currently I edit the mobile files directly. but these are lost when there is an update.

Hi,
For the moment this is not possible, sorry! Maybe this will be add in the coming updates, in the meanwhile, the only thing that you can do is to save the file that are change by to and set the changes back after theme update.
