mobile cover sign in

Dear support,
I have been able to check the default Sign in/ Join for warrimarket.com from your assistance by implementing redirection. But their is another sign in / Join when you tab on the menu button for mobile view. For security reasons I need to also redirect this sign in/ Join.
I will appreciate a location of the file where this change can be done.
pls mark the exact lines to be replace on the script.

Thank you for your recommendation. But, I want to totally remove the sign in/join on the Mobile background. How do I achieve this?

Secondly, I want to change the image at the Mobile background, how do I also achieve this?

will this affect the sign for only mobile, or but for desktop and mobile?
