Mobile custom display

Hello,

I have deactivate the tagDiv mobile plugin and use my custom home layout, build by me in tagDiv Composer, in mobile too. My desktop layout has three columns. The midle column has the main articles and is the widest. Left and right columns has secondary articles. On mobile phone the left column are shown first! This is wrong because my important articles are in the midle column. You have a solution for this? I mean the midle column articles needs to appear first on mobile…

Thank you

Hi,

Unfortunately for the moment you can’t do that with TD Composer, you can try to hide the first column on the mobile.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Calin,

How can I hide the first column shown on mobile or just be able to change the order for mobile.

Thank you

Hi,

To hide the element from first column click on it, select the css set on mobile ( https://www.screencast.com/t/3054Wg9J ), and scroll down to Display and set to hidden https://www.screencast.com/t/guDd8YzS save and view.

Thanks.

Hi Calin,

Thank you for the tip. I have set up to hidden all home page content for mobile CSS. On the bottom of the home page I have created another flex block, with desired articles for mobile, which are set “show” only for mobile. Of course this new flex block is not visible in the desktop. In this way I have two separate layouts for desktop and mobile in the same page. Basically you can set up anything you want from desired articles to widgets or add’s. Is very important to set up correctly “show” or “hide” for every layout.
My question is: this method will affect in somehow the page performance, loading speed or SEO?

Thank you

Hi,

The loading speed will increase a bit, because you have more content to load, SEO will not be affected.

Thank you for understanding.
