Mobile editor content doesn't store after text paste

When I try to edit HTML code for Mobile Editor – Copy-n-Paste text (don’t save code), manual enter (save code) – Editor block doesn’t store data.

I found the problem!
Mobile editor doesn’t save HTML if smiley codes :-) located in HTML

When “smiles” were removed – HTML code was saved without a problem.
Please explain does it mean that Mobile editor parses doesn’t allow to save SMILES?
In this case please inform about it, I tested about this situation almost a day to find a source of problem
