I have some problem with your template:
1- I created Cloud templates > Homepage templates.
I then created the Mobile version of home page, but I can’t see it active.
2- I created Cloud templates > Header templates. I made all the changes for devices. But I don’t see this Header on mobile.

Make sure you do not have the mobile theme and AMP plugins active.

Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
