My site’s header is visible on any of the viewport settings, except when I select the ‘phone’ viewport. How can I fix this?
Hello,
The problem is that you have set the elements from the header in the content section -> https://i.imgur.com/TbSc3Ax.png please move them to the header section.
Thank you!
Thanks for your response. If I understand you correctly, you are saying the header is in the content section because it appears I have it selected but we are seeing ‘Content’ in the editing panel.
Everything in the header is in the Header section as you can see here when it is selected: https://imgur.com/a/rY0BeXj
This header is working correctly across all pages, except when selecting the phone viewport.
It looks like this behavior is happening within the header itself, not the page.
Here I created a new blank header via Cloud Templates. All I did was add a text box, and you can see that it’s visible in all other viewports, but it disappears on the Phone viewport: https://imgur.com/a/UhhfSJv
I’ve found the issue. For some reason when I select ‘Sticky’ on my header row (to make the header sticky), it hides the header in the phone Viewport.
How can I fix this so that I can still have a sticky header on the Phone viewport?
Hello,
What you can do is use the function to make the mobile menu sticky and don’t use the row sticky -> https://i.imgur.com/CQHR0mz.png
Thank you!
