Similar problems arose when the logo was larger and the internet speed was quite low.
I did several tests with my phone, but for me now everything seems ok.
Does this problem still occur to you? when you are logged in the problem persists?

I am using a 140 x 48px logo now.
Yes logged in also gives the problem.

After that clear all cache and try again.
