Have you tried to see that a plugin conflict does not cause this issue?
Usually, this issue is caused by a plugin conflict; please do a test using the theme plugins, clear all cache, and see if the problem persists.

I disabled all plugins, but this issue still happening.
Clear all cache, incognito, mobile, visit from other computer … got same resutls.
