Thanks for getting back to me..
Is it possible then to HIDE the mobile logo, search and menu icon from the top of the mobile version so i can use a plugin that adds there own?

Yes, you can use a css like this one:
.td-header-menu-wrap{ display: none; }
This code needs to be set in the theme panel > custom code> advance css > phone – https://i.imgur.com/XU2OTKg.png
