You can edit that using tagDiv composer as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/zQG1F6EHAFTD You can choose the viewport and edit them.

This is what i want to edit and i dont know how to select this, i know how to edit the mobile view but this areas do not appear on the screen. thank you

Unfortunately on those sides you can only edit the background from Theme Panel – Backgrounds.
